When I'll become mayor of La Contea Gentile I will do this, that and the other!
Our project to build the Contea Gentile is divided into two parts: the moral one, more “human” and intimate and the architectural and experiential one. As for the practical aspect, we will build, in this land of over two hectares located among the hills, woods and rivers of the Abruzzo province, a Big House, with corridors, guest rooms, lounges, dining rooms, rooms for the Role Playing Game where you can stay and experience the true comfort of the halflings, plus 4 other smaller houses scattered among the meadows and woods and connected by paths and hedges and fences always used for overnight stays.
The project also includes the Caravans of the Dwarves (that is, mobile structures entirely built on the theme, completely made of wood, taking up the shapes of the ancient Gypsy Carts that traveled the roads in Europe more than a century ago) and the famous inn, where you can party, drink and eat!

Normally, it takes 3-7 business days to process an order, after which we ship it. Delivery times depend on your location and here is an estimate:

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities all over the world.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
A customs fee may apply to international orders. However, taxes are not under our control and vary from country to country, so please check with your local customs office to see if they charge any duties or taxes.
My order should have arrived, but it is late. What should I do? Before contacting us, please check the following:
If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at a post office or a neighbor, write to us at [email protected] indicating the order number. If you have found an error in the delivery address we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.
How are the products made? We work with a print on demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on your shipping address, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently and quickly.

I received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?
We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Do you offer refunds?

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do not currently offer this option. If you are unsure about your size, please check our size guide, we have one for each item in the product description section.
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be made no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
We do not accept returns of sealed products, such as masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You agree that all orders returned with masks will not be available for reshipment and will be disposed of.
Notice for EU consumers: pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be foreseen for:

In the book and in the film, the most famous halfling in the shire finds himself having to sign a burglar's contract drawn up by the Dwarves with a thousand footnotes and paragraphs. You can find the reproduction of this contract, in English, everywhere, but this one you see was hand-written by one of the loyal "citizens" of our project, in Italian and with references to the Journey that the contea Gentile is undertaking: the Construction and the Birth of a place out of the ordinary!
This document can be filled in with the type of trade or service you can offer for the creation of the contea Gentile!

Minted in 2022, it depicts the symbol of the shire on one side, the Acorn. While on the other side the face of the nicest mayor there is, Nicolas Gentile. This coin was created by one of the loyal "citizens" of the county project, to support and grow it.
Attention: obviously this currency has no legal value in Italy or other countries (perhaps only in imaginary ones). This is a gadget/souvenir from La contea Gentile. Certainly more emotionally valuable than other currencies in circulation in the world!
