Can a fantasy world really exist? This is the big question of the new episode of THIS IS MY PLACE, where I have the pleasure of having as a guest a huge dreamer, a visionary but above all a great friend: NICOLAS GENTILE, the founder of La Contea Gentile. One of the most extraordinary people I know, who has been carrying out a truly magical project for years now.
Born in 1984, Nicolas lives with his wonderful family in Bucchianico, a small town not far from Chieti, in Abruzzo, where he works as a pastry chef (…) In addition to organizing themed events and parties for years now, in fact, his life project is to truly create the shire: a place to organize events that, year after year, now attract thousands of people and enthusiasts, but above all a reality that can become a point of reference for a simpler and purer life, made of genuine emotions, friendship, nature and kindness. A hope for a life made of contentment, in short, that stands out like a beacon in a world that seems to be increasingly cynical and gray.
A long and beautiful chat in which to hear the dozens of stories that Nicolas has in store, between enormous dreams, hopes for the future, important speeches on the present world and on life, and great past and future enterprises.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities all over the world.
Will I have to pay customs duties?

My order should have arrived, but it is late. What should I do? Before contacting us, please check the following:
If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at a post office or a neighbor, write to us at [email protected] indicating the order number. If you have found an error in the delivery address we can send you a replacement order, but it will be at your expense.
How are the products made? We work with a print on demand dropshipper. They have locations all over the world, so depending on your shipping address, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently and quickly.

I received a defective/damaged product, what should I do?
We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We do not currently offer this option. If you are unsure about your size, please check our size guide, we have one for each item in the product description section.
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be made no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
We do not accept returns of sealed products, such as masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You agree that all orders returned with masks will not be available for reshipment and will be disposed of.
Notice for EU consumers: pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be foreseen for:

In the book and in the film, the most famous halfling in the shire finds himself having to sign a burglar's contract drawn up by the Dwarves with a thousand footnotes and paragraphs. You can find the reproduction of this contract, in English, everywhere, but this one you see was hand-written by one of the loyal "citizens" of our project, in Italian and with references to the Journey that the contea Gentile is undertaking: the Construction and the Birth of a place out of the ordinary!
This document can be filled in with the type of trade or service you can offer for the creation of the contea Gentile!

Minted in 2022, it depicts the symbol of the shire on one side, the Acorn. While on the other side the face of the nicest mayor there is, Nicolas Gentile. This coin was created by one of the loyal "citizens" of the county project, to support and grow it.
Attention: obviously this currency has no legal value in Italy or other countries (perhaps only in imaginary ones). This is a gadget/souvenir from La contea Gentile. Certainly more emotionally valuable than other currencies in circulation in the world!
